Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the HS Trading Bot ("the Bot") on Discord, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.

2. Description of Service

The Bot facilitates peer-to-peer artifact trading for the game Hades' Star within Discord. The Bot provides listing creation, offer management, trade coordination via DM relay, reputation tracking, and reporting tools.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by Discord's Terms of Service in your jurisdiction) to use the Bot. By using the Bot you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Bot to scam, defraud, or deceive other users.
• Send harmful, abusive, harassing, or threatening content through the Bot's DM relay.
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Bot's operation.
• Create fake listings, spam offers, or abuse the reporting system.
• Use the Bot for any purpose that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

5. Trades and Disputes

The Bot acts solely as a communication and coordination tool. All trades are conducted between users at their own risk. We do not guarantee the completion, fairness, or safety of any trade. We are not responsible for any loss of in-game items.

Users may report issues via the /report command. Admins may review reports and take action including banning users, but resolution is not guaranteed.

6. Account Actions

Admins reserve the right to flag, restrict, or ban any user from the Bot at their discretion for violations of these Terms or disruptive behavior. Banned users may submit an appeal.

7. Data Collection

We collect and store certain data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Bot, you consent to this data collection.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Bot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Bot, including but not limited to loss of in-game items, data loss, or service interruptions.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be announced in the Bot's support server when possible.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Bot at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. You may stop using the Bot at any time. You may request deletion of all your data by contacting an admin or using the data deletion process described in our Privacy Policy.
